Crouching Toddler, Hidden Cruz

Cruz has become really interested in popping out and surprising us.  He hides next to end tables and turns his head so he can't see us, and we say, "Where's Cruz?"  He pops up and says something cute and unintelligible in his little voice and then he crouches down again. 

The summer weather has Cruz using another word: "Hot."  Getting into a car is HOT, picking up a toy left inside the car is HOT and Momma's cup of coffee is HOT!

Cruz has always enjoyed washing his hands.  They wash their hands before they eat at daycare (they have a little sink) but now he is getting into washing his face, and brushing his teeth.  I sometimes still have to pin him down to brush his teeth, but he is getting better at imitating us.
